As part of the licensing deal with Finish Line, Left Field delivered the first ten thousand units of the No Drip Chain Luber, including production tooling. I developed a pneumatic fixture to press fit the (red) applicator into the off-shelf spout cap (minus spout). The fixture assembles four applicator caps at a time, delivering precise pressure so that the resulting parts have a pressure-tight seal to prevent leakage.
